Staff: Cole Glosser
Policy Fellow
Cole is focused on and passionate about disability policy that ensures stability for Texans with Disabilities, including increasing wages for community attendants, maintaining and improving Medicaid Home and Community Based Services (HCBS), accessible housing, and emergency preparedness.
An Austin native and proud Longhorn, Cole received his bachelor’s in Sport Management and minored in Disability Studies at the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining CTD, he worked for the state assistive technology program, helping Texans with disabilities with researching funding sources and 3D printing low tech assistive technology.
Outside of CTD, Cole enjoys spending time with his family, supporting UT athletics, reading, walking in nature, and exploring Austin.
