TribFest has become a favorite event of CTD staff and many of our advocacy partners. In addition to great panels and speakers, we have found that it's an excellent opportunity to ask questions and bring up disability issues in broader contexts. Of particular interest to CTD staff this year are the panels on Medicaid, public education funding, mental health, and healthcare.

In 2017, TribFest is offering major discounts to people with disabilities and CTD members on fixed incomes:

  1. Discount for People with Disabilities: People with disabilities can attend TribFest for only $25, which is over 90% off the walk-up rate. To access this pricing, please use promo code TCD (not CTD) when you register via the Texas Tribune Festival Eventbrite webpage.
  2. Discount for People with Fixed Incomes: People with fixed incomes can also access the $25 Festival registration rate. To access this pricing, please use promo code CTD when you register via the Texas Tribune Festival Eventbrite webpage.
